for an entire system with gtx770 a 42A 12v rail is recommended. xfx has a 45A 12V rail. since your cpu voltage cannot be tweaked(overclcocked) it would be more than enough. even for gpu overclocking.!

http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDFAQs read this, it will answer most of your questions. corsair vs is also enough for your system but infirior quality as the turbo x also, compared with the xfx. link me the avaliable online stores to pick up the best avaliable option. also what budget do you have?

But i heard rumors that the vs is overheating and have a low life i really don't need that psu for more than a year and a half maybe cause i will get some kick ass i7 maybe 5th with a new mobo and i will get a new psu but for now i will have to get that but if its overheating it will be bad in bulgaria the temperatures are like 25c-30c right now the summer maybe even 40c so if this psu is overheating...

look, with such limited option there isnt much we can do. the vs 650 isnt that great but isnt that bad either. it is sure better that any turbox. it has 50A 12V rail and with your system it will work far from being maxed out so you really dont have to worry about any overheating. it will run your setup.

as i said it will serve you. there may be better psu out there, but the vs650 is more than sufficient to run your hardware. it comes with 3 year warranty afterall.!
