Well if the price isn't any different then go for the faster RAM. Its just usually they try to sell it for a higher price is all. Still might want to consider the Xeon CPUs though as it will be faster than your i5, unless you want to overclock for fun.

No that one looks to be good. I don't think you will have a problem running it. And it is faster than the GTX 770. Its about equal to the GTX 780. See link below for rough comparison.

Hello, looks like a good build so far. I would actually say the R9 290 is a good card to go with if it is in your budget. There was some negative hype about the R9 290 and R9 290X when they first came out, because based on heat they would lower the clock rate. Kinda the opposite of what happens when your CPU goes from 3.5Ghz to 3.9Ghz on some tasks, AMD instead markets the top speed it can do under the best conditions when often it actually runs less.

However, that should not worry you. That was as a result of bad cooling solutions on the cards. The cards put up by ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, HIS, Diamond, and Sapphire are all capable of cooling the card enough so it runs full speed. If you would like, post the specific card you are looking at and I will look at the cooler and say if it looks to be up to the task.

P.S. I don't think you should get that RAM. Not that G.Skill is bad really, just it typically costs a lot more for faster RAM and gets no benefit. For example RAM running at 2133Mhz against RAM running at 1333Mhz will perform better when using programs ilke 7zip, Winrar, and gaming with integrated graphics.
However gaming with a graphics card, you will see maybe a 0.5% improvement in performance at best. You would be better off to get RAM which runs at 9-9-9-28 and 1600Mhz and put that added cash towards either 16GB, or into the graphics card, or a Xeon CPU or just a game. Any of those would give a much larger performance boost than faster RAM.

Oh and for Xeon CPUs

It will run on the motherboard you already have picked out. You cannot overclock it except with FSB, but it has hyperthreading. Its pretty much an i7 Core CPU for i5 Core price.

So my build is good, the ram was the same price as the 1600mhz so i don't mind?
i was looking at the Gigabyte radeon r9 290 wind force 4gb http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=26600&cPath=877

Or another brand its just that card is $80 off

or http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=26485&cPath=877

and is the gtx 770 better than those above cards?

if you don't suggest the cards or you have heard bad faults about them.
can you suggest other cards?thanks

Most motherboards will automatically switch to the GPU when it is plugged in. If not, you will go into BIOS and switch it but I would be surprised if it doesn't automatically switch.

I'm getting the 290 version not 290x also should i go with the cheaper version of the graphics card i listed above?
also for the i5 4670k it comes with interrogated graphics, will i have to do something to make it so the graphics come of the graphics card or does it automatically do that
?

The review I posted was for the 290x, but both from Gygabite and both Windforce. They use the exact same cooler, same fans, same everything so in terms of sound and size its the same in every aspect.

Gigabyte is a good card, but the others have some good cards too. It all just depends on the cooler used. I can't say which is better between this and one of the other cards without first seeing one of the other cards. As for where you buy it from, any website you trust is fine, otherwise they will be the same.
