will cpu cooler fit?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if you know if the new noctua cpu cooler(nh-d15) will fit inside the phanteks enthoo pro case. The height given for the cooler I'd 165mm. The case claims to have a 193mm cpu clearance, but I'm not sure if that's with the mobo or not. Any thoughts and suggestions are much appreciated. And yes I am a beginner, go easy on me.

Im sure it's without the mobo, since the case is really big. But even if not, the mainboard, the spacers and the socket take up maybe 1cm, so it would be still enough.

Ok thanks. That underlying fear of inadequate space is slightly relieved.
