Motherboard for FX8350 at around £40-£60

I asked this question earlier but didn't really get the answer I wanted.

FX8350
64GB SSD
1TB HDD
Nvidia GTX 660/760
8gb RAM

I want to spend between £40-£60 only, what is the best motherboard that will be compatible with all my parts and easy to set up as I know nothing about motherboards

I got the AsRock Extreme 970 2.0 for 60$ CAD. I like it, I'm able to O.C (which you'll want because I have the same CPU and can get it stable at 4.4GHz on air only)

Are you on a budget?
The am3+ is a dead socket now and will have no more future processors coming out and they are that cheap because they have a 3 year old chipset. Might want to put the money somewhere else(if your not on a tight budget but even then)

I find sometimes it comes down to personal preference when your stuck between a couple motherboards that are similar price and similar performance. So if you like asus, go with asus, and so on and so on.
