I am working on an HP laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium. The computer is showing 100% CPU usage after about 5-10 minutes after being turned on.

Here's the kicker: I tried a Clean Boot, which did nothing. I tried Safe Mode with Networking, and it didn't make a difference either. I ran a Malwarebytes scan (Removed many Trojan Horses and Hijackers.

I'm sure this has been covered before, but what should I try next?

Solution
Try to restart the explorer.exe process ad check again or restart the pc. If still its 100% usage, you will have to full scan you pc with some good antivirus software, like AVG, Avira, Avast, etc. Best is Quick Heal Total Security(experienced).
