I once did a refresh before, and all my stuff was there, and I was able to download anything I wanted to.
I did it again, because my computer went all black, but this time was different. I dont have any apps. I can't click on the "Store" in my windows, when I do, it automatically directs me back to the home. I have no camera app, and my computer wont let me choose a background, it's all white. I can go on safari, but I can't download anything. Whenever I try, my files popup, and I have to click what file I want the download going in. When I do that, and the download completes, it doesnt actually complete. It doesn't work, and I can't use it. From a game, to a file, i still cant use it. Please help
