Kind of, maybe the RAM can't read the GFx fast enough? but yeah sometimes it takes a bit longer that wanted in loading screens of various Games.
 

What is your FPS on the games? Have you tried checking out your FPS in certain games?

i get like 30-50 at times, all depends on the game really but those are the most common ones.
