oc now bsod even after reseting to factory defaults

I tried to oc my pc today and i guess something went wrong when i saved and restarted the pc turned on and off several times before starting and blue screening when starting windows and resarts and asks to start normaly witch just blues creens and restarts again and windows startup repair can not solve the problem and restore point and all just blue screens again
On start up agian .... do i just need a fresh windows install or could i have done damage to my cpu?
I was not doing any crazy oc just trying to get 4.5ish my specs

Thermaltake frio 101.6 CFM .. i don't think it ever ran long enough to get hot just blue screens on start up

Yea I tried and still blue screens on the windows splash screen

Must have damaged the board or CPU.

Well I at least hope it was just the mobo in that case anyway I can test to figure out which one if I did .. and I'm guessing your sure it's not a windows problem?

I have some pictures of the error msgs I get all I can manage to find if there is any other way to run a check let me know and dose any of these help determine if it's my windows, my mobo, or cpu? http://s1168.photobucket.com/user/spoogecbr1000/library...

Turned out it was just my Windows installed new ultimate 7 and I'm good to go

It was probably corrupted from untable overclocks.
