CPU temps with Noctua NH-D14 too high?

Ok so to start off with, I'll go ahead and list what I'm working with:

Intel i5-4670k
ASRock Extreme 4 MOBO
8 GB G.Skill Ripjaws X RAM
Intel Integrated graphics (no GPU...yet)

Alright, so I just installed the NH-D14 and ran prime 95. Its been going for almost an hour now and I'm seeing these temps for max:

68, 65, 64, 61 and the package temp was 68. Room temp is a bit hot, about 24 celsius or 75 fahrenheit. The average core temps are cooler by around 2 or 3 celsius. Also, just thought I'd add that the stock cooler couldn't even run prime 95 because it'd get to over 85 and I'd stop it worried it was getting too hot.

My CPU is completely stock, nothing changed. If there's a turbo boost or anything, I haven't touched it. Are these temps normal for the Noctua NH-D14 with my setup? Also kind of wondering if I'd have any room to overclock with it like that.

Seems ok, not the best but you have 20 degrees to overclock with

Well ok is better than bad I guess haha. Do you have any rough idea how high I could get the OC? Think I could take it to 4.2 Ghz? Not looking for anything too crazy just wanna take advantage of my K series chip.

Most likely 4.2 would be fine but it's impossible to know until you try it

Alright guess I'll check out some OC guides and give it a shot. Thank you very much, the help was much appreciated.
