From the price I'm guessing you're not in the States, but I'd also look to Asus or the Rock, in either Asus or the Rock, might see if the Asus Z87-A or Z97-A is available - and yes the Z97 will work with Haswell or Haswell Refresh CPUs, will also be an upgrade path for Broadwell when it comes out
I would go with this ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer motherboard. It has a great red and black scheme, and you can't beat it for the price. Also comes with free two day shipping.

Even though the gigabyte is $50 more you would still go for it? will i5-4670k run on all the z97 also? because i5-4670k is a z87 chipset
Yes, I've heard quite a few stories of MSI boards failing, and all I know about Gigabyte is that they make top-notch video cards.
And yes, the i5-4670K will run on the Z97 board. The only significant difference is that Z97 boards will also support Broadwell as well as Haswell, making them much more futureproof.
