I recently upgraded to win 8 pro and lost all the pre installed software I had like my sonic max audio software ect ect how and where can I retrieve it

You might be able to retrieve it from your PC Manufacturers' website among the Driver Downloads, worth a look. What PC, and which OS did you upgrade from?
