Re-using an older Lian Li case

I'm gradually upgrading my PC, as I find good deals on the components that I want. I'm currently looking for cases with good airflow, to help keep my new GIGABYTE GV-R928XOC-3GD R9 280x (ebay, $189) cool. I was looking at the Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119160) (22% off on Newegg).

However, a co-worker was about to throw out an old Lian Li PC-7B Plus aluminium case, that already has two fans, a fan controller, and an extra Power Panel installed. (And a floppy drive, which I doubt I'll need) It's a very nice case, and hey....if it's free...

This is the first time I've built a PC, so I'd like to make sure everything will fit, and is compatible before I start taking things out of my old case (from a SW Technology prebuilt). And I wanted to get your opinion on whether I should just go for the Cooler Master case, or go with the old Lian Li. I THINK this is the case in question: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112212

Here is the hardware that I have (obviously, some old, some new)

Motherboard(old): ASUS Sabertooth X58 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131665
Just want to make sure this MOBO will fit, and work properly.

CPU(old): Intel Core i7-950 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115211

Ram(50/50 old/new): 6x 2gb sticks (various brands, works fine)

Hard drives(old): Three (3) Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000.C http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822145304

PSU(new): Thermaltake TR2 TR-700 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153167

Graphics Card(new): GIGABYTE GV-R928XOC-3GD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125490
This card is LONG. 11.2 inches. Another title for this thread could be "Will my Gigabyte 280x fit in this case?" According to my very rough measurements, the card should barely fit. I might need to remove the hard drive rack on the bottom, or at least leave the top slot empty.

If I do either one, what would be the best way to attach my three hard drives? Also, it seems like the case no longer includes screws to attach the HDs to the bottom HD rack. What kind of screw should I get, if I do use the bottom rack?

Again, I'm coming at this as a complete newbie. Please educate me! And to re-iterate my main questions:
1) Is the the Lian Li case as good an option as the Cooler Master case? (considering that it was free)
2)Will the MOBO/PSU/GPU even fit in the Lian Li case?
3) If the GPU doesn't fit, what are my options?

P.S. Here's an album of the Lian Li case: https://imgur.com/a/xTXn7

I still use my antec sx635 mid tower case its like 14 years old [+/-] just put another new build in it a month ago and don't see it going bad in any way and its the good tool less not the newer china cheap.. and steel built like a tank . I gave it a nice automotive pant paint job about 4 years ago and it was looking like brand new the cases is see today look too way out and cheap . I'm glad I bought this antec back when they were something. now they just look like something I don't want
