I need motherboard help for my build

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock H87 Pro4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer
This is my idea of my gaming pc. My motherboard, ASRock H87 Pro4 has a newer model out for $5 less and i want to know whats the difference. I need to know which one is better.

You seem to have picked one that is Ok and matches your cpu. You could now get the H97 version of that board. It's only the chipset that's different.

The new chips work with new (eg i5 4590) and old cpu

You only need a 500W power supply tough. Try an Antec HCG 520M or XFX 500W

So what your saying is I could get even a better motherboard (Z97) and all i have to do is decide on another power supply.
Also would there be any difference if i switched to the better motherboard?

The Z motherboards allow you to overclock your cpu if it is an overclockable cpu. To do this you'd have get both say an i5 4670k and an ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 or Asus Z97-A

Edit to my build:
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 Extreme 4
Power Supply: Antec HCG 520M
So would this all work together and fit right in the case.

You don't need a Z mobo with a non-k cpu. If you've got the money, change from the 4570 to the i5 4670k.

Otherwise just get an H85 mobo.

If you want to get the faster speed memory kits, you need a K CPU. My i7 3770 only supports up to 1866Mhz memory and no further. Officially it is listed as supporting 1600MHz.
