Hi,

I want to connect my frontpanel USB ports. I have no idea what "number" it is, but it's definately max 2.0, most probably just a regular old USB port. It's from 2003 so.. Or well, the case is packed 2003 according to a sticker, and I think the frontpanel is the same. Everything is new except case and frontpanel ^^

These connectors should be connected to the motherboard, if I recall right.

And this one goes into the frontpanel.

And here's the Frontpanel chip.

And then... We have my beloved PC! :D

MoBo: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0

Solution
Wow. USB separated into each wire. First time I've seen that.

The pinout is here: http://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/support-software/Asus-Motherboard-Internal-USB-Header-Pinouts-75/

Note that the colors can vary.

Ye, cuz according to my MoBo manual, there is only USB 2.0 on the motherboard. Well, ima try hook it up. Thanks for the link. Oh before I shutdown, IF I connect it wrong, could it damage my mobo?

Yap! :) It worked flawless on the first attempt :) They were numbered 1-2, then there was a lonely 3.GND (Number 3 ground). I connected that on "NC", it was the only pin available. And it was perfect! :D Big thanks :D
