okay ill go to dell support and update everything. and it is still in warranty i believe

If it is still in warranty u should b able t contact Dell directly through there support site n wit there help get it fixed. They will hav u run various tests and tell them what happens, where upon they will either connect remotely n make fixes or failin that they will arrange t collect the machine from u, fix it and return it t u. This is t key advantage of buying a Dell system - make use of it!!

And do this before u set about updating drivers etc as if necessary they will do it for u, or at least tell u which ones really need installing
