After a couple days my computer randomly restarted and kept rebooting after I'd hit windows. This happened over and over. I attempted to run a system restore because I wasn't sure what was going on and now it won't even boot to BIOS. It left me with this 00 error and a black screen that I'm not sure what to do with.

I've attempted taking out a stick of ram and then the other stick to see if it was some weird RAM issue and that didn't appear to be the case. I narrowed it down to either my processor or motherboard as my power supply, GPU, RAM I was able to test with my other system. I'm running an i7 and Maximus VI Hero mobo.

Any help greatly GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

Not overclocked. Stock speeds on everything. Relatively cool when I could check temps (30 degrees Celsius). At this point I can't even get to BIOS so there is no additional information I can gather internally, unfortunately...
