I am planning to buy Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5 but it requires 450W psu i don't understand my psu is compatible with this graphic card or not This is my psu pic

You have the 3rd from the bottom, hence the black dot. That means you have a 450w supply.

your psu KY-550ATX may state a 450w of power but this is far from true. with 14A on the 12V rail which is the crusial factor for running a gpu, it is very weak 14*12=168W. Even if it has a 6pin pcie power cable that 7770 requires i wouldnt try running the gpu. i strongly recommend a psu upgrade.! a true 450w psu would suffice. (EVGA, XFX ,ANTEC, SEASONIC, CORSAIR)

if you have a very tight budget i would suggest this dicent one.
