Yes all boxed psus bought from any reliable retailer will come with all necessary cables.

It is possible to buy an OEM or "open box" psu that may not include all cables. Just be careful when ordering.

hard drive is just a 2tb barracuda, video card: GIGABYTE Radeon R9 290 WINDFORCE 4Gb? case is just a phantom 630

Yeah I see the parts, they are just nit attacked to your partslist, as in, there's no price or merchant info for them. Basically, they are not included in the price.
