Router Model: WNR834Bv2
Modem Model: TG862G
Computer: Windows 7
Wireless Adapter: D-Link DWA130 Revision C
ISP: Comcast
Devices Connected: Varies 3-8

Modem SIgnal Levels:

Downstream: -1.80 DBMV
SNR: 36

Upstream: 48DBVM

Issue:

My computer will lose internet connection semi-frequently although windows still says I am connected and I can still access the router page and modem page (although it loads VERY slowly)

While this is going on, I can get on the wireless internet perfectly on my Cellphone/Laptop/iPad with NO issues at all, this all goes on whilst my PC cannot connect to the internet.

There are no errors on my modem or router logs during all of this, router still says my device (PC) is attached to it.

Getting a new adapter is not an option as I am without so many words, not able to work. It was working perfectly fine until 2 weeks ago, I had reformatted my computer hoping I may have had some malware or worm that my virus scan wasn't detecting but the issue still persists (although it was 10 times worse before the reformat). I currently only have steam installed with a few games and no p2p software installed at all anymore.

I am just completely at a loss here it seems my luck is just really bad when I'm excited for something (wildstar) lol. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

Happened again tonight, netalyzr reported dial up download speeds (1kbs) and a downlink buffer of 11000ms

Found this in my router logs, googling finds literally nothing about these things or they are COMPLETELY ignored in any post.
