I got a new flash drive with 15.6 Gb memory but 8GB is used up but there were some files on it and it had weird arabic symbols. i tried to erase them but that didn't work. When i came back to it after a while those files were gone but the was still not any more free space and there was still two files left that has 0 bytes to them. they were called: "2 Hercules and The Lost Kingdom" "5 Hercules and The Maze of The Minotaur". Every time i erase them they come back. Can anyone help me with this, tell me how to free that space.

It could be a fake. Thousands of fake 16GB pen drives manufactured in China are currently circulating the globe.
Yours may not be a fake though, so try re-formatting it instead of deleting stuff.
