Which Graphics Card For My Budget?

As the title says, budget=$60, and I mean $60 max. So that's including shipping and taxes, so in Canada that's around $52-53, without the shipping at like bestbuy for example. Tight low budget I know, not going to get anything great with that but it's just something for now.

So far right now from what I've seen looking around at my options. It could be between either the Radeon HD6450 or the GeForce GT 610. Actually there's a 2GB HD6450 also I could get compared to a 1GB GT 610. But from I've seen the GT 610 is a little better than the HD6450? Whichever's better. Or if there's anything else you'd like to suggest, but in Canada.

Also my PSU currently is 300w at 15a on the 12v rail. I will getting a new 400+w PSU shortly, maybe a few days or so after the card. Question is would it be safe to put in the graphics card for now with my current PSU? I know like the GT 610 requires 18a. However I do have a GeForce 6600 non GT card in right now and I think that actually requires more power than both the GT 610 and the HD6450, not sure about that card's amps, but it's been working just fine. So I'd assume the even lower power GT 610 or the HD6450 would be completely fine?

I'll get a better card later on, so this is all I require and ask for, for now, I currently only do low level gaming anyway. I've made a couple other threads before, hopefully this will be my last for now about this. Thanks for the help :)

Solution
2GB cards are only a performance increase on the GTX 660/HD 7870 and above - it will not help a $50 card's performance at all. Less expensive cards don't have the bandwidth needed to use 2GB, so it's mostly a marketing gimmick.

Here's a new GT 530 for $44 CA, free shipping. It'd perform better than the GT 610 or HD 6450.
However, the downside is that it's low profile, so it may be too short (in width) for your case.

Other than that, an HD 6450 would probably be your best choice for that low of a price.

I don't think that's free shipping to Canada from the US, plus the import charges, from what I see anyway. But thanks for the suggestion maybe I'll look around a bit for that card too.

Hmm. I attempted to use the Canadian version of eBay... Looks like it didn't work as intended.

Edit: Wait, I'm certain that card had free shipping a moment ago, but now it doesn't for me either. o_o Maybe I listed the wrong one.
