NF-F12 on H100i

So I'm planning to change the fans on my H100i, but will there be any performance dips? Like will the temperature change drastically from the stock H100i fans?
And for the intake fans in the front of the computer, should I use air flow based fans or static pressure?

Static pressure fans are the best for any rad that you have. If you want to cool it off more then go with the corsair sp120 performance edition for the h100i. For the case you want air flow fans, unless the where you are putting them has a thick filter then use static pressure fans there too. Hope this helps
