Best Case and PSU under 175 usd (combined)

Hello friends,

I am building a gaming pc. Here are my specs

i5 4670k
msi gtx 770
asrock z87 extreme4
corsair vengeance 1x8 gb 1600mhz ram
2 hdds ( one i already have and one i am going to purchase both seagate barracudas)
cooler master hyper 212 evo cpu cooler

Now i want to find a nice case and a decent psu both under 175 to 180 usd.
Can you suggest some good ones

For case i am considering the corsair carbide 400r.
And components are a bit overpriced in our country. So please keep the budget under 150 usd.

For a system using a single MSI GTX 770 TwinFrozr Gaming [N770 TF 2GD5] graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 32 Amps or greater and that has at least two 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.
You need a quality psu , you cannot skimp on this ,
I would get a seasonic /xfx( also made by seasonic ) or any psu from the corsair TX , HX , AX range of PSU's
I would recommend you go about 100watts over your minimum PSU reqirements for some headroom

The case has great airflow , will support your board and 212 evo at 159mm tall will fit in this case with a max cpu clearance of
170mm
is best i can do for a good case and good psu for that price
