Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Solution
I would say up to 4.6-4.7ghz if you're really lucky, but typically the 4670k will oc to around 4.3-4.4ghz when air cooled. How much you can OC is a bit more dependent on how good of a chip the cpu is, rather than how good the cooling unit is. You'll likely run into voltage issues/stability issues before major heat issues. You can't go wrong with buying a CM Hyper 212 EVO.
