First of all can get the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-OC for €100 and the Asus Maximus VI Hero €120.
I know they both have their advantages over each other but would the Gigabyte be the best for gaming and overclocking an i5 4670k? Asus is very good brand and the Maximus Hero is a great motherboard is it worth to spend €20 more on it?
If you are wondering how the prices are so cheap they are both used boards.

both good mobos but i really like the hero.however, i would chose the one which suffered the least! i meen do you have a picture of the operating enviroment of the previous owners.? i wouldnt buy a mobo stuffed with dust or smoke.if there are both in good condition , i would go with the hero!

The seller say they are both in good state, the Gigabyte is 4 months old, the Asus i don't know, but it comes with 2 years warranty. Both of them have no pictures of the condition of the motherboards, only pictures from the official sites.
