I am building a new rig and can't decide between the two, both are of same price in my country.
200R comes with 2 fans while 431 plus comes with 1.
I really like the Elite's windowed side panel but 200R seems to be better than it.

What should i do?

I want my rig to be run on lower temps as possible as i will attempt overclock.

Rig:
FX6300 + Hyper 212evo
M5A99X Evo R2
2x4GB Gskill 1600 cl9
R9 280x
CS750M
Elite 431plus or 200r?

Recommendations are most welcome relating to any of the parts also.

Solution

i wouldn't do it,but it could be done. The elite has poor cable management so keep that in mind.

For crossfire of the r9 280X would 750watts be enough, that's actually why i ask.
With this build would you have enough if you bought a 650watt psu.probably even a 550watt psu. That would save money which could be spend on a better case.
Also could you use a slightly less good motherboard, again could the money saved go to the case.A motherboard like,

Unfortunately i don't have money for 300r and zalman, i will go for elite 431 plus as you say.
I have 2x80mm's for rear and bottom, 2x120mm's for top, front included in the case (I presume).

I am thinking of airflow like that:

Didn't like the top exhaust fan in this system:

Any ideas?

I would go with the 200R since the fan that comes with it doesn't have any LEDs

I don't like cleaning my case so I only have intake fans where there is mesh and for me that is only in the front. There won't be much difference with an additional fan pulling air in. All of the exhaust fans will help to pull in air from all the opening while bringing in way dust when compared to an intake fan since the dust will cause more heating issues than the 'cool' air that the intake fan is bringing in.

I also have my PSU installed with the fan facing up since I don't an intake fan in the front and I only have one video card so there is no worries about the PSU pulling in hot air and it will help with airflow so there is no need to install the 80mm fans.

No, it is very hot here in summers and it is risky CF'ing r9 280x in Elite 431 plus, isn't it?
It will get very hot, Also i am purchasing 750w psu which isn't sufficient for it and CF/SLI has it's problems.

I will buy new parts when i will feel that the need of new hardware has arises.

PSU's fan takes the cool air in, that's why it should be headed downwards, your psu fan will eat up the air throwed by the front fan otherwise which is intended for your gpu fan to suck in.

it depends on how much money you could save, but it's worth it to take a look at.

I hear problems people running r9 280x on 550w psu, pc won't boot up, also i'll be overclocking maybe both cpu and gpu or maybe only cpu, that's why not taking the risk, i ruined my 500w xigmatek psu after overclocking gtx460 and stock q8300.

Also there are problems with overclocking on 970 boards, they can't provide stable overclock and can't push further( stuff like that) , i was inclined towards the m5a97 evo r2 previously.
