I like them both this last build was a toss up between z87 hd4h and the z87 extreme 6 the asrock went on sale and the gigabyte went up in price so I got the asrock -- so far so good -- put it togher and fired right up with no issues been running it for about a month and have not had to touch or adjust nothing on it .. so what more can I say ... but like any of this stuff theres good and theres bad in any brand

they're both alright. gigabyte and asus are regarded as top 2 everywhere ive looked. asrock is an asus subsidary. i prefer gigabyte, but i have a gigabyte board...

that card looks ok be sure you psu is right for it with the correct wattage and plugs for the card you choose

my motherboard is not G41M-VS3 R2.0 and it is G41C-GS.
sorry,i can't tell more info about psu because i haven't my computer at home.it is in computer repair shop for reparing.
so i can't see more info about my psu

well if its in a shop and you want to try to upgrade to a new card you let him install the card and insure it fully works .. and if he cant, then your safe and not be out cash over something that don't work .. if it does work out fine ,just pay the man and be happy

pci-e is suppose to be backward compatible and I was looking into that for you also.. cause I do know some will not ... I seen that a guy is running a Gtx650 2gb in a review so I assume it supports them with no issues so.

send asrock a e-mail and see what they say

I don't know I don't allow auto updates for nothing on my computers if I need a update I will go and get it as I see fit
