Hi, 450 is below a 760ti's minimum specification. Get a quality 550W psu to give a little headroom over the minimum 500W recommended. 80%+ bronze or better psu would do perfectly.

you need a minimu of 400W psu , so on my side i always add 200W approx... to be safe
because you have to take in consideration of the effiency of the psu ; somes psu are not well built and have a bad voltage regulation and can dammage your hardwares
if you have enough power ,at least the lost of efficiency of the psu will be less important
its like pull a trailer with a small 4 cylinder car instead pulling trailer with a V6

350w minimum will do, 600w if you want to use a hybrid silent fan mode psu.
and buy gold rated or above grade psu.

The Geforce 760Ti has a maximum watt load of 170W (let's call this 200W just to be safe)
The FX-6300, under a prim95 test stressed to a max watt load of 227W (let's call this 230W)
If we take up all the other components of your computer, we'll say 70 to round it all off nicely.
This brings your total watt load to 500W (IF everything was on 100% load, this is unlikely.)

Personally, with this in mind, I'd go for the XFX Pro Series 550W.
It'll never go below 82% load, which means that it will never let out lower than 440W (which will be plenty for your system because you should never reach this)

Chose the solution? You can never get a GTX 760 Ti in market unless it's a pre-built system or second hand GPU

I'm just going ahead and assume he's done one of two things.
1. Bought it from a local store who has stripped it from a pre-built system
2. Bought it from a friend for cheap, who'd upgrading to something better.

Either way, he's mentioned it and since it's not in any of the main computer stores, he's obviously found it somewhere to come along asking. (but this is just my assumption)
