24 inch 1080p monitor or 32 inch 720p monitor PC Gaming ?

Hi there I'm currently using a logic 24inch 1080P HDMI monitor right now for my computer now I'm getting a new 3D TV for the living room which replaces the same logic 32inch 720P screen that's there currently

So my question is should i use the 32inch logic TV at 720p
Or should i keep using this logic screen at 24inch at 1080p both are exactly the same TV at 60hz

so is it

32 inch gaming at 720p or 24inch at 1080p is there rearly a difference in clarity and detail wouldn't having the 32 inch have better framerates being at 720p then again stretching the game on a bigger TV could take FPS down even at 32inch

I'm confused just want smooth gaming and detail for my ageing machine :-)

what do you guys think :-)

For better detail, I'd stick with the 24inch 1080p. If you are going to be sitting at the same distance then you may notice the pixels with the 32inch being bigger and there will be less detail with the 720p. It doesn't matter if it's 32inches or 100inches. The resolution (e.g. 1920x1080) is what affects the frame rates.

^^ That is in terms of detail/graphics, though.

If frame rate is a massive issue for you(of course depends on the game), then i'd go with the 720p due to your gpu.

Thanks mate i think i will stick with the 24inch at 1080p and put the 32inch in the babys room on the wall bracket as i will properly be doing a whole new build sometime soon anyway so 720p may and properly will be inadaquote and a waste of a good new GPU power good point on the view distance and i tend to like having everything small on the desktop were i can fit more icons then having 720p which would make everything bigger in general
    cheers mate :-)
