PC starts boot for a couple of seconds then shuts off, then automatically retries.

PC got BSOD. Once it was restarted, it works perfectly for a couple of days. Now when I go to turn it on it starts the boot process but shuts off after around 3 seconds. Then a few moments later it tries to boot up again automatically. Anyone know what the problem can be?

Du you have one those mini-speakers witch plug into mobo. I think your syste has a POST error, and that speaker will give you beep-code. That beep-code tells you whats wrong. Some mobos have built-in led screen what shows too numbers. Those numbers are basically beep-code, and can also tell you whats wrong. If you don't have 4-pin mini-speaker or built-in led screen, try to take every but one ram module out and test every ram socket. If not working, do same with other ram stick.
