Case fan sucking too hard because of heatsink

Hello all I would greatly like some help on an issue i am having. I know that it is conventional for the air to flow from bottom to top in a box. Well doing this gives me a huge problem. I recently purchased a oolermaster 212 hyper evo which comes with just one fan. After installing it I had a big problem with my case fan, which sits just a few inches away. It would be trying to suck the air so hard, because the heatsink is blocking air flow. I then switched all of my fans around to allow the fan to be an intake fan which would not cause it any problems. I have put the fan on the heatsink to be on the opposite side of the heatsink and also blow the same direction. I have one fan on the top blowing down, one at the bottom blowing out, and one in the front/bottom blowing out as well.

Now that i have explained that comes my question. If i install another fan on the other side of the heatsink, in a way that it is facing the case fan pretty snug, and then make the air flow go back from bottom to top do you think that the case fan will still be trying to suck to hard? or would the air from the heastink fan help to draw air into the case fan?

I've never heard of anyone with that kind of fan arrangement. The usual pattern is rear exhaust, top exhaust, bottom intake and front intake. Bottom mount PSU with fan down. The Hyper 212 EVO fan will blow thru the heat sync and the rear exhaust will take the heated air out of the case.
