i want to overclock the cpu to 4.0-4.2 Ghz and the graphicards a little. Do you think a 850w power suply is enough?

Hopefully it's enough. There's 100W for the extra speeds, which might run out on extremely intense speeds.

No, your build is 682 W and you have 850. Plenty enough for now.

The RM 850 is made by someone different from the RM 450 550 and 650 that has the good reputation.
