Virus problems - pics included

I had a virus on my computer a few months back, but I managed to get rid of it. However, since then I've noticed that I seem to be getting a bunch of viruses attacking my computer. All of them are blocked, as you can see, but I don't think this is supposed to be happening. Can anyone tell me what's going on with my computer/why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Download AVG Anti Virus Free Edition and then run a full system scan. This might take a while but its better safe than sorry. http://free.avg.com/gb-en/homepage

So should I not trust Norton? I've run a full system scan multiple times in the past few days and nothing came up. Also, if I download a new anti-virus software, I have to disable Norton in case it interferes, right?

Yes you have to disable Norton for the other Anti-Virus to work. Post the results of your whole system scan when its done

Here's the results. Looks like Norton missed a few things... I know people like to bash Norton, but I always thought it was because it bogged your computer down, not because it sucked. Should I just keep using AVG free, or upgrade?

I'm using AVG right now. I like it better than Norton 360. If you have the money for the subscription then go for it!
