PSU surging message on start up.

Hello guys,
I have a question regarding PSU power. I've been getting the system detected a power surge in the last start up whenever I start my pc. It forces me to go into the BIOS menu and disable the Anti Surge support or it won't start.

Here's the voltage:
3.3v @ +3.376v
5v @ +5.2V
12v @ +12.192v

that is a good one your psu is connected to the master one and all the other device for the computer monitor and the other from the controlled by master that should be ok also since your psu have a option for surge they could conflict together you could desactivte the psu option if you want .
