Problem with installing SAPPHIRE R7 260X Driver

I have just bought VGA card "SAPPHIRE R7 260X 2GB GDDR5 OC" to upgrade my PC. During installing the card driver it shows me the warning: "WARNING: Screen may flicker or go blank during installation" then the screen goes black and never come again till I force restart. I tried installing the driver CD and the latest driver from AMD website but both of them did the same. I don't know where is the problem !!
My PC specs are:
Processor: AMD PHENOM X2 550
MotherBoard: GIGABYTE GA-MA785GT-UD3H
RAM: Kingston 2GB/1333/CL9 DDR3
PSU: GIGABYTE GE-N500A-C2 500W
Monitor: samsung LS19C150

I've installed new windows 8 system, tried to install the driver and the problem still the same

Yep you also buyed a bad card like me..try this.............ONLY INSTALL DISPLAY DRIVER,dont install others applications from disk then go and disable ULPS,then should be work.......dont forget first UNINSTALL DRIVERS

I tried it on another system and it seems to be doa. I'm going to return it and get a new one.... Thank you
