Okay so today I bought a new graphics card (AMD r7 240 1GB GDDR5 with boost) replaced with the built-in one (intel g41 express chipset) it's quite a good card compared to my old one, however I kinda have a problem...

When I attempt to start games like Assassin's Creed 2, it says "The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling may fix the problem." (Probably it's because I ran it once on my old GPU?)

However, I reinstalled it like 4 times already, deleting all the files, installing.. etc.

But when I try to run Assassin's Creed 1 it runs perfectly normal. Is it because I got a new copy of windows? Missing some programs? If so, can you please inform me?

I have microsoft visual c++ 2010/2008
Microsoft net framework 1.1 - 2 - 4 - 4 Extended client (a game required net framework and once I downloaded it it worked perfect too)
Games for windows live
7zip
winrar
And of course the driver of the new GPU.

kinda mind-blown over here...

EDIT: I have windows XP Professional SP3 - computer/x86

Well when I tried running AC revelations it did the same thing, but I have a file called Ubisoft Game Launcher, it said it needed a dll named qtcore4, do you know the package name (from microsoft) to download?
