Ok so here is my problem.

I've been having BSOD for a while now, either when I'm playing games or just browsing the web (watching videos etc.)

Usually it's atikmpag.sys BSOD, but lately I've been playing a new game that came out a few days ago and I've been having all sorts of errors there. I don't quite understand why, the game itself isn't lagging in game at all. What seems to help sometimes is running the game in windowed mode for whatever reason that is...

I've got the latest drivers for everything. I've scanned my PC multiple times with antimalware. I've done memtest no errors at all. The system is not even overheating, I've been watching the temperatures and they don't go past 59C. I simply don't know what to do anymore, I just can't enjoy a new game or one that is open world (that's what I've noticed, they seem to occur when it's an open world game, not always though.)

EDIT: Also most of the times when the BSOD is about to happen, there's artifacts on the screen, all sorts of colors just jumping over the screen

More about : bsod anymore

Give us a list of your system's components including the make/model of the PSU.

If you haven't already done this, I would download Driver Sweeper: http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4266-driver-sweeper.h...
...and CCleaner: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
Uninstall the gfx driver, boot to Safe Mode and run DS. Have it remove any remnants of Nvidia and AMD graphic drivers it can find. Re-boot and run CCleaner. Do the Clean and Registry portions both.
Then install the latest driver for your card and OS.

There's DXdiag paste and my PSU sticker says enermax active pfc 100 240 VAC, not sure if that's enough I guess I need to open the case?

Did you do the above fix?

Yes, tried the game and it happened again. Artifacts all over the screen, screen said no video input and PC restarted itself.

If you have a AMD card (your dxdiag appears that you do), try installing the latest driver for your card and OS. My R9-290X would not run Wolfenstein the New Order; it would freeze at the splash screen and eventually cause the display to go crazy. I updated from Catalyst 13.xx to 14.4 and the problem is gone.

Are you using a new card or one that you've had for awhile? I see it is a HD 7800 series. That could be a HD 7850, 7870, R9-270, 270X...

I've got 7850, I had this card for like 1 year ish. I've got the latest driver already, even tried the beta driver. Thing is the blue screen didn't happen at Wolfenstein the New Order, it ran fine in windowed mode, sometimes some artifacts came up but they just dissapeared.

If the card isn't overheating, the system is clean of registry errors, and resource wasting crap, there are a minimal number of items running in the background, and PC is clean and dust free... it could be the card is dying.

I realize you have tried new drivers, but try this...
Download Driver Sweeper http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4266-driver-sweeper.h...
...uninstall the gfx driver again and boot to safe mode. Run DS and have it find and remove any remnants of AMD and Nvidia GRAPHIC drivers it can. Reboot, run CCleaner again, and install the latest driver for your card and OS. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Btw, I ran across another poster here with a similar problem. Everything we tried failed to solve his issue. Same error msg, same BSOD. Finally, he determined that his failing HDD was causing the problem. How, I'm not sure. Maybe loading bad sectors while accessing driver files. Anyway, he bought a new drive and the problem was gone. Not sure if that will help in your case, but I thought I'd pass it on...

I'll give a shot the HDD thingie, would it be possible to try it with an external HDD? Also if that fails I guess I'll just change my card it still has warranty till october. Hopefully I get money back and buy something better

Try what with an external HDD? Windows has to be on the internal HDD. I'd do the Driver Sweeper thing first.
