Ran a chkdsk /f /r and found 3 bad clusters on file 34 and get a message from windows saying to back up my info immediately, but don't have a backup hard drive currently with me

Some results after the chkdsk f/ /r:

So tbh i downloaded crystal disk info and it told me that the health status was bad and what the problems after looking at the results were:
1) my read error rate was at 1 out of 200 i think
2)Current pending sector count was giving off a warning

Then basically i didn't get a picture cause i chickened out that my hard drive would possibly fail that very moment and shut down the computer, sorry. Although, im pretty sure this is a sign that i have to replace that drive and get an external drive and backup my data like its my religion 24/7. Also, another question is whether i should clone my HDD or just backup my data and do a fresh install of Windows 7?

So this is really late, sorry had test finals. Other than that i got a seagate barracuda 1tb and a seagate backup backup plus 2tb. I was told by one of the best buy attendants to back up all my important files from my bed cluster hard drive and into the seagate backup and factory reset my desktop.

Getting a message:
One of the backup files could not be created.
Details: The request could not be preformed because of an I/O device error

I can probably guess why its getting this cause i was playing around with my hard drives one time and one fell to the ground not that hard, but still screwed up everything
