Solution
I suggest against the Corsair cx series as they receive terrible reviews, I believe Rosewill makes a good 750Watt psu and is also modular. If you plan on doing over clocking, I advise against the Hyper 212 and get the Noctua NH-D14 as it is very good performing and quiet.

They are good for stock speeds, but if you plan on doing over clocking, not the most ideal cooler. If you do like a little over clocking, it'll be adequate. Definetly no for serious over clocking.

Hyper 212 EVO is pretty good for most OC'ing needs. It's only if your going to push the OC a lot is where you start to push your cooling capacity. I would also seriously consider my build, if you don't want to OC your PC, which won't improve your gaming performance too much. It's up to you, but my build is cheaper and should have better gaming performance (R9 290 > R9 280x).

It should be compatible. I personally like AMD as well, but for future proofing, AMD AM3+ socket is not the way to go. Those motherboards with the am3+ socket don't even have modern chipset, not even a PCI-e 3

OK thanks i choose OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W PSU for 86,23€ and AMD FX 8350 and now its 955 eur :D

AMD does usually a bit cheaper than Intel variants. The thing that you might consider is that most AMD FX 6-8 core CPU's should be run on decent Mobo's, especially if your going to OC them. Here in the U.S., if I was buying an 8320 or 8350 CPU, I would buy a pretty good Mobo (usually $100-150 in price) to power it reliably. You can use cheaper Mobo's, but the OC'ing is going to suffer with the added stress on the cheaper component selection on those Mobo's. It's up to you on what you want to do. I've listed an AMD option that I would consider, if I was buying here in the U.S. (I know it won't match up to your prices). Performance should be pretty close to your original build:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($109.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($106.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($104.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.44 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X Video Card ($289.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $861.36

Thanks for help man! I heard that Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard is very good motherboard if you arent OC CPU i am not gonna OC soo much maybe 500 mhz and thats it :) and yea thanks for help!

OCZ has been around for quite some time and has the ZX series (I think that is what it's called) that was built pretty good. There Mod xStream and (can't think of the other name) was pretty good too. I don't usually look at OCZ PSU's now, since they seemed to fade a bit and went bankrupt and subsquently bought by Toshiba, IIRC.
