Do these parts work or are they overkill and is there anything else i need ?

PSU lacks the power to be able to run the parts, you cannot Overclock with that Motherboard and the RAM isn't the best.
Appart from that everything is fine.
 


OP, get a XFX 550W or 650W PSU and it should run fine. For RAM it doesn't really matter although 1866MHz is the usual RAM everybody else chooses.
