Hi! So im getting an h97 mobo, I was wondering if the actual ssd are "compatible" with satae

I mean if there's a difference betweeen normal sata and satae using the same ssd

The connectors are different, so it will not work.
The SSD needs to be on the SATA port. (Not E)
E-SATA is for External SATA.
