Hi!
Sorry for my bad English.
I built a new PC.
Specs:
MB: ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-6300
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Blue 2x4GB DDR3 1866 MHz CL10 Dual Channel
Video card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 OC WindForce 3X 4GB DDR5 256-bit
Cooler: Thermalright HR-02 Macho
PSU: Super Flower 650w
SSD Kingston 120GB

After assembly the PC started, but I have seen only black screen. I tried to start a few times, I managed to enter the bios, but I did not change any settings because the PC was blocked. No mouse pointer movements, no keyboard response, nothing.
I took a ram module out and i started the PC with just one ram module. I successfully got into bios, changed the memory speed from 1866 MHz to 1600 MHz, then I put it back the second ram module. The PC has started fine, I installed Win8 x64, drivers, programs. Then I tried to run some simple games on Facebook and suddenly the PC crashed with BSOD. After restart it happens again. I tried to install NFS Most Wanted, but at 80% of installation I got BSOD again.
I have not set anything else in bios.
The original memory settings are: 1866 MHz, 1.5V, 10-10-10-30
Now I have: 1600 Mhz, 1.585V, 9-10-9-26
Could this be the problem?

Well off hand checking the spec page of the ram looks like the have the volts to high for the ram. Guessing your SKU for the ram is HX318C10F/8

Spec sheet found here: http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/HX318C10F_8.pdf

Looking at it shows max volts of 1.575V. Your timings look ok for the ram.

Next looking at supported memory for your MB at: http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Pro3%20R2.0/index.us.asp?cat=Memory

Does not show your memory on the list now this list could just be out of date. So check with your MB Manuel to see if it has it listed.

So try bringing down the voltage on the ram to see if that helps, if not I think we could be looking at a case of incompatible ram.
