I have installed a new ssd in my Samsung laptop. Is there a way to read the data from old ssd that is now out of the computer?

Solution
You can always reinstall the old one extract all the data onto a usb or external hard drive. Or you can also put both your new ssd and old ssd into the same pc and boot up from a flash drive and extact all the data from the old ssd onto the new one. There are also usb to sata adapters you can buy which will allow you to plug in your old ssd to your samsung laptop and do whatever you want with the data in system.

Happy to help :).

I have never tried this method but you can try it if you want. If both your ssd's are using the same version of windows then you can transfer the program files to the same location they were in on your last os and create a copy of all the registry values and use that copy you created to create the same registry values on your new system. That might work but I have never tried it. Or you can also use a utility called aomei partition assistant which has a feature that lets you transfer os's from ssd to hdd or ssd to ssd, which should work but again, I have never tried it. Aomei partition assistant will completely transfer os's not only programs.
