I5 - 4670K Overclocking

Solution

If that is a fixed ("Override") voltage and IF it passes a stress test, like Prime95 for at least 1 hr., then that is a good OC and you have a very good chip.

Having said all of that, if you are satisfied with 4.4 GHz and don't plan to go higher, it is always a good idea to find your minimum stable Vcore, so try reducing Vcore to 1.200 and stress test again. If it passes, keep reducing Vcore in steps of 0.010 v. until it fails, then go up one notch.
