Cheap Build (Youtube, Web Surfing)

I am on this site so much haha. So I have a special lady and shes looking for a mighty cheap build that includes mouse, keyboard, monitor, and operating system. Now she is impatient and would like a fast computer to do essays on, watch youtube in HD and surf the web with great speed. I live in Canada by the way.

Almost any modern PC would be "fast" for those applications... even entry-level laptops for ~$400.

thats a bit overkill for what he is saying, i'd say go with a 260x/7850 MAX or an a10/i3 instead and use the money to get an ssd which will improve the experience far more than a better video card.
