Hi I'm looking for a budget gaming desktop 800 max. Considering my budget, I don't require anything too special. I don't really know much about parts, so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

what kind of gaming? this will determine how much to put where with your parts.

It could vary, but right now mostly league of legends, wildstar, and possibly some other not too graphics heavy games

Unfortunately, I do need OS. And I've heard that AMD processors are almost as good as intel for a lot cheaper. I could be wrong considering I don't know very much about this stuff. Please correct me if I am.

I still trust intel than AMD in gaming, so I'll downgrade the 760 to R9 270X, you'll lose only a little bit of performance here
