I have tried everything i know of to remove fun moods from google chrome. Ive used anti malwarebytes pro. avg internet security. super antispyware. ive looked for it in the uninstall program list. not there. None of those programs have detected the funmoods spyware. plenty of other things but nothing that said funmoods. When i try to do a system restore, doesnt matter which restore point i try, in never completes successfully.

Why is this happening?

I was told by someone it could be the anti virus software but that seemed far fetched. Anyone have any thoughts as to how i can get rid of this funmoods bullshit and get recovery working?

Thanks in advance

1.Close all browser windows. Shut down any programs running in the background on your computer. Any program that is currently running Funmoods needs to be closed.

2.Open your list of installed programs. Click Start and select the Control Panel.Open the Programs and Features tool (Windows Vista, 7, 8), or the Add/Remove Program tool

3.Find Funmoods. After the list finishes loading, press the F key on your keyboard to quickly locate Funmoods program. Click Uninstall/Change to begin removing the program.

4.Confirm the message. A window will open telling you that your browsers will be restarted. Select the Yes option from the Uninstall window.

5.Reboot your computer. Once the uninstallation process is complete, reboot your computer before moving on to the next steps.
