Hello, I just built my new PC yesterday and downloaded all the MoBo drivers and GPU drivers and so far so good except when I was reinstalling all of my games through Steam, I launched Aliens: Colonial Marines (A game that choked up my last PC) so I could see some improvement. I went into the settings to turn up the settings to highest and once I pressed 'apply' the game blacked out my whole screen except the taskbar at the bottom of the screen and everything went unresponsive so i had to reset my PC. I just booted up Mirrors Edge and tried to turn up the settings and when I turned off PhysX (I have an AMD GPU) it said a restart was required so I pressed restart now and it did the same thing. But this time only blacked out about 2/3 of my screen and I had to restart PC. Both of those games are Nvidia sponsored or whatever so they have PhysX so could that have to do with the problem?
