I'm looking for a good gaming build for Skyrim maxed out with an ENB and 200 mods
My Max budget is 1500$ for the build an OS a Keyboard A mouse and a 144 hz monitor.
(the ENB is RealVision) thanks.
(I live in the USA)

But... Skyrim is an old game designed to run on Dual cores, so a quad core won't help much, but it does save money. Factoring in shipping and tax this should run skyrim at what you want:

It's very reliant on single core performance though. Too many people underestimate the i3s.

If the original budget didnt factor in the additional shipping and tax however, and he has the money to pay for that $200-300 amount, than he could get an i5.

You're also forgetting that his budget was including the cost of a monitor, keyboard, mouse and OS.
