Looking to Build A Gaming PC

Hey guys. I had a friend put together a list of parts to build a new Gaming computer. And this is what he came up with. Just looking for some further help, I dont know alot about hardware. Mainly software and such. But What do you guys think about this build he came up with?

Some nice choices. When on a budget, I love to see when the bulk of the money goes to the GPU/PSU on a gaming build.

One note, that case won't work if I'm reading right. For the GPU length, It supports 10.5" max and the one you have chosen is 11.5".

Well I purchased Battlefield 4, because "canirunit" Said I could play it. And well I can't even play it on my current pc. On the lowest setting.

I also play alot of ArmA 3, And I want to be able to play it at max settings. Mainly.

I said 1,000. But when he did the build he forgot to put in an OS. So I put one in. and it went over. by a couple bucks
